Network Improvements
Here at UPC we want as many people to enjoy our products as possible. In particular we want everyone to benefit from our Digital TV with Digital+ HD, Fibre Power Broadband and Home Phone. That is why we are rolling out our Network Improvement Programme.What does this mean?
Whilst many homes are already able to avail of all three services we’re not satisfied with that. We want to offer it to even more homes and in order to do this we need to improve our network in more areas.
You might experience a few interruptions to your TV service while we are working in your area but we promise to keep these to a minimum.
You will also be pleased to hear that the crews will only need access to the outside of your home, where they will replace the existing cable on your home with a new line. We will ensure that all work is carried out to a high standard. We would also like to assure you that all crews working for UPC carry photo ID cards and these can be checked at any time.
The good news is that when we’ve finished working in your area you will be able to get Digital TV, Fibre Power Broadband and Home Phone all from UPC all for a great low price.
How will I know when my area is able to receive all three services?
We’ve recently completed work on the following areas and residents are already enjoying our great value services. Click on the maps to see them in detail. Areas in green on the Dublin map are already able to get all three services. Areas in blue will be able to get TV, Fibre Power Broadband and Home Phone by the end of 2011.
