Remote Record

With remote record from UPC you need never to rush home to catch your favourite programme again. If you have Digital+ and live at a cabled home, you can now set recordings and reminders for your Digital+ set top boxes via Internet or any Internet enabled handset.

How to use Remote Record?

The service is simple to use, log in using your MY UPC details, scroll through the interactive TV guide to find a programme you like then simply press the ‘record’ or ‘reminder’ button and a request will be sent to your digital+ set-top box

Getting started check list

Ensure you have digital + TV in a cabled area
Put your digital+ box in standby for at
least 15 minutes to ensure your box has received
the latest software
Access the service via-
