What channels come with each pack? Customers on our Digital Value service will receive BBC HD. Those using our Digital Select Extra service will enjoy watching BBC HD, History HD, National Geographic HD, Nat Geo Wild HD, Biography HD, Crime and Investigation HD, ESPN HD and Eurosport HD. Finally, customers watching our Digital Max pack will receive BBC HD, History HD, National Geographic HD, Nat Geo Wild HD, Biography HD, Crime and Investigation HD, ESPN HD, Eurosport HD and Discovery HD. Disney Cinemagic HD is available to customers with our Disney Premium Pack.
* 140 hours of standard definition programming or 44 hours of HD programming.

Conditions
The UPC Digital+ HD service may not be available in all areas. Installation is carried out by a third party installer. UPC will not be responsible for the installation. A €60 equipment activation fee applies to all orders that are not placed online, orders placed online will receive an online order credit of €30. However if you keep your current Digital box in a second room we'll connect you for free. All services are billed monthly and are payable by Direct Debit. A €3 charge applies to all bills for non-direct debit customers. A €10 Downgrade Administration Fee will be applied anytime you downgrade your service. Subject to a minimum contract period of twelve months for all services. A cancellation fee will apply should you cancel your service during the first twelve months. If you cancel the Digital+ HD service and fail to facilitate the return of the Digital+ HD box as instructed, you will be subject to an unrecoverable equipment charge of €150. Equipment remains the property of UPC so there is no charge for service technician visits. Prices include VAT. Residential use only. Information correct as at 07/10.
