The UPC Digital+ HD service may not be available in all areas. You must have a UPC HD set top box to avail of this service. A €60 equipment activation fee applies for each Digital+ HD box ordered for existing customers. New customers who order HD as part of their TV pack will pay an equipment activation fee of €45 for each Digital+ HD box ordered. To avail of Sky Sports and /or Sky Movies HD you must first have a subscription to UPC’s HD service. All services are billed monthly and are payable by Auto Pay, UPC’s direct debit payment method. A €3.75 charge applies to all bills for non-Direct Debit customers. A €10 Downgrade Administration Fee will be applied anytime you downgrade any element of your service. Subject to a minimum contract period of twelve months for all services. A cancellation fee will apply should you cancel your service during the first twelve months. If you cancel the Digital+ HD service and fail to facilitate the return of the Digital+ HD box as instructed, you will be subject to an unrecoverable equipment charge of €152.47. Equipment remains the property of UPC so there is no charge for service technician visits. HD channel line-up is subject to the UPC TV pack you currently subscribe to. Prices include VAT.
