Welcome Guide

Everyone who subscribes to our services is given a copy of our Welcome Guide. This contains information on how to get the most out of our services as well as hints, tips and frequently asked questions. We know that you may have questions after the installer has left or when you receive your first bill and the Welcome Guide aims to answer these and more. We recommend you keep your copy of this guide in a safe place so you can refer to it in the future, but if you’ve misplaced it you can read a copy of it here.
