The Horizon remote control allows you to easily operate all features of the Horizon TV HD+ box. It also provides access to the basic features of your TV like switching your TV on or off and adjusting the volume.

If you are experiencing issues with your Horizon TV, here is some useful information to help you resolve the issue.

Horizon TV Technical Support

Step 1: Check your service status.

Check for any updates that may be affecting the services we offer in your area using our Service Status Checker.

Step 2: Reboot your Horizon TV HD+ Box.

Unplug your Horizon TV HD+ box and leave it off for 15 seconds before plugging it back in. Your Horizon TV should now be working, confirm that you can see RTÉ One and your other channels.

If you are experiencing issues with your Horizon broadband, here is some useful information to help you resolve the issue.

Horizon Broadband

Step 1: Check your service status.

Check for any updates that may be affecting the services we offer in your area using our Service Status Checker

Step 2: Reboot your Horizon TV HD+ box.

Most common faults are resolved by rebooting your Horizon TV HD+ box. To do this, turn off your box using the power switch located at the back and leave it off for 30 seconds before switching it back on again.  

Step 3: Check wireless settings.

If you have a wireless device connected to your broadband, go to WIFI SETTINGS on your Horizon TV HD+ box and change your wireless channel to 1, 6 or 11.
