UPC Fibre Power Broadband services are only available to enabled homes. If you choose a technician installation this will be carried out by a third party installer. UPC will not be responsible for the installation. A €45 Equipment Activation fee applies for every Fibre Power Broadband service ordered. A standalone charge of €6.00 applies to all Broadband packs and is in addition to the prices shown here. This charge is not applicable if Broadband is taken with a UPC TV or Home Phone service. The UPC Fibre Power Broadband 50Mb, 100Mb and 150Mb services are only available to enabled homes. If a customer downgrades their Fibre Power Broadband service within the first 4 months of installation they will be charged the €60 installation fee for the wireless modem. All services are billed monthly and are payable by Auto Pay, UPC’s direct debit payment method. A €3.75 charge applies to all bills for non-Direct Debit customers. A €10 Downgrade Administration Fee will be applied anytime you downgrade any element of your service. Subject to a minimum contract period of twelve months for all services. A cancellation fee will apply should you cancel your service during the first twelve months. All Fibre Power Broadband services are subject to our acceptable usage policy. Average expected broadband speeds at peak times are 50Mb, 100Mb and 150Mb for our Fibre Power Broadband packs. Broadband speeds are the maximum possible speeds only. Actual speeds will vary depending on internet traffic, the sites you visit and other factors. As our Fibre Power Broadband service is provided over the UPC fibre power cable you do not require an eircom landline to access this service. Equipment remains the property of UPC so there is no charge for service technician visits. Prices include VAT. Residential use only. Information correct at 06/13.

Customers who add Home Phone to their order will, in addition to the Broadband terms and conditions set out above, be subject to the following terms and conditions:

The UPC Home Phone service is only available to enabled homes. If you choose a technician installation this will be carried out by a third party installer. UPC will not be responsible for the installation. There is a charge of €30 for each phone handset at point of sale. UPC guarantee the handset provided for 6 months from date of installation. Any fault that occurs thereafter is the sole responsibility of the customer. The UPC Home Phone service is provided on an IP protocol which depends on access to an electrical supply. In the event of a power failure, we advise customers to use alternative arrangements, e.g. mobile phones. Anywhere 150 provides 150 Anytime Minutes of calls to Local, National, Irish Mobiles and Selected International Fixed Line destinations (excludes calls to premium rate, SMS and non geographic numbers). If the customer exceeds 150 minutes of calls to the destinations listed above in their billing month, all calls to these destinations will be charged at €0.24 per minute. This is the out of bundle per minute rate. Calls to destinations not included as part of the Anywhere 150 call pack will be charged as per the Anywhere tariff plan on: http://www.upc.ie/phone/tariffs/anywhere International destinations included in the Anywhere 150 pack can be viewed at http://www.upc.ie. Customers with two UPC Home Phone lines who have an Anywhere call pack on one line, can only have an Anywhere call pack on their second UPC Home Phone line. Anywhere 300 provides 300 Anytime minutes, other details are as for Anywhere 150. Arrangements for the payment of the DSP Telephone Allowance should be made directly with the DSP.
